Monitor’s annual analysis of the Top 30 Private Independents reveals a resilient equipment finance sector, with collective new business volume increasing 19.5% year-over-year despite economic challenges.

Industry leader Stonebriar Commercial Finance maintained its dominance with a remarkable 53.7% volume increase, while the top five independents collectively contributed nearly $8.6 billion in originations—representing over 48% of the total ranking. GreatAmerica Financial Services, PEAC Solutions, Auxilior Capital Partners, and Amur Equipment Finance rounded out the leading positions.
